Waiter: -Is that all?

Man: -I'd like a hamburger and lettuce salad, please.

Waiter: -We haven't got any soda, sir. Sorry.

Man: -Ok. Then I'll have the tomato salad. I'd also like a soda.

Waiter: - Good evening, sir. Can I take your order?

Man: -Yes, thank you. How much is it?

Man: -Ok, then. I'd like an orange juice.

Last summer I went to Marbella on holiday. with my family. I enjoyed it a lot because I met some new friends.Maria was a girl from Madrid and she was twelve years old. Paco was Maria's brother, and he was ten years old.They were younger than me, but they were very funny.Together, we played in the sand and we did some surfing. Also,we met a woman who was from England so, we spoke with them in English. It was very funny! :D

Diets around the world

ACTIVITY: Look at the pictures and find about each country's diet.

Example: In Italy, italian people usually eat pasta for lunch.

Knowing about Rafael Nadal's diet

Nadal’s diet is called Paleo diet. It’s not difficult to follow because it is basically just eating real food that grows naturally. This diet is based on the foods consumed by our ancient ancestors of the Paleolithic Era, some two thousand five hundred years ago. Rafael’s diet consists of eating lean meats, fowl (that’s bird meat like chicken or turkey), seafood, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. The diet is well balanced and nutritional. Other items in the diet should be grains, eggs, fruit, vegetables, insects, nuts, seeds, mushrooms, herbs and spices.

ACTIVITY: Compare Nadal's diet with yours. Are they similar/ different?
